Oregon Lien Service LLC was founded in 1989 by Gary Coe. The company serves dealerships, repair shops and the Towing industry with possessory lien services, which allows the legal disposal (sale) of unclaimed vehicles. Oregon Lien has accounts with 46 state DMV’s, so that legal and registered owners are properly notified of the pending sale, along with the claimed lien amount and location of the vehicle.
